Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping

We ship from the US. The shipping total is included in the payment link we email after you send an order request, so you see the full cost before paying. In-stock orders ship after payment clears. Backordered items ship when they arrive, and we confirm the date first.

Returns

Unused props in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Props that have been mounted or flown can’t be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us your order reference and a photo and we’ll make it right.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to handle your order or message: name, email, postal code, and what you asked for. We don’t sell or share it. Your cart is stored in your own browser until you send it.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the store is used, such as which pages are visited and which products are viewed or added to a cart. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your IP-based location, device and browser details; it doesn’t receive your name, email or order details. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Our host, Cloudflare, also counts page views with its cookieless Web Analytics.
